Exp: 3-6 years
Positions: 3 (Females Only)
Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad.
Sal: Negotiable
Note: Not looking for sales people, recruiters only.
Job Responsibilities:
Involved in complete recruiting cycle starting from Requirement Analysis ,Search perfect consultant with 100% match , Screening of consultant ,Submission and Follow-ups.
Should have good experience working with job portals (Dice, monster, Careerbuilder and Tech fetch) and social media sourcing like LinkedIn, Twitter.
Aware of 1099, W2 recruiting and Corp-To-Corp resources.
Must have experience working with Direct Clients (W2, 1099 Recruiting)
Practiced following sourcing strategies to provide Active & Passive Candidates for Contract, Contract - to - Hire and Permanent Positions.
Responsible to Ad placement / Posting Position in Job boards, Groups etc
sourcing through cold calling and references.
QUALIFICATIONS
B Tech or MBA or MCA
