*Prior payment processing backgrounds are a plus. Backend development from companies such as Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, TSYS, First Data, Fundtech, any type of payment services development or point of sale is a plus as well.
Skills that are absolutely required:
· 8+ years Extensive experience with Java, J2EE technologies
· Extensive experience with Struts, JSP, and JDBC
· Working knowledge of PL/SQL Stored Procedures using Oracle
· Proven track record of successful implementation and delivery of high-availability, fault-tolerant, secure, mission-critical distributed systems
Skills that are a plus:
· WebSphere technology experience
· JUnit test tool experience
· Skilled in Object Oriented Analysis & Design including experience with Design Patterns
· Experience with Rational tools
· Experience with concurrent development and source code management
· Any development language certifications
· Knowledge regarding Internationalization and Globalization
· Experience in the Card Payment industry
Description of Day to Day duties:
· Responsible for the design, development, testing and maintenance of complex Java/J2EE applications
· Develop code that meets OWASP and PCI compliance requirements
· Analyzing and understanding existing Java and PL/SQL code
· Design and document technical solutions for new functional enhancements
· Work with both local and global members of a distributed development team

This team is looking to bring on 1 server-side java developer and 1 GWT developer. In their environment they have Spring, Hibernate, Jira (for ticketing system), deploy to websphere/weblogic, Eclipse, JUnit, JDBC, CSX (security for web services)
