Role: .NET Developer
Location: Des Moines, IA
Duration: 12 Months
This SDP2 position will be joining our application development team and working on a large project that requires .NET technical design and programming skills.
The project is multi-faceted in that it will involve working with several distinct business units, is cross-functional, and requires technical interfacing between different systems modules (frontend, backend, data warehouse, etc.).
This is a junior level position, and it is expected that senior OCIO staff will perform some level of training.
Further job requirements:
Some overtime may be necessary in order to meet aggressive deadlines
Strong communications skills and the ability to work closely with a team
Ability to proactively participate in customer engagements, follow direction from lead technicians, work with customers, and participate in technical planning
Strong professional business acumen

Exposure to .NET C#
Exposure to HTML
Exposure to Javascript
Exposure to T-SQL (specifically, Microsoft SQL Server)
Exposure to MVC
Exposure to Entity Framework or similar ORM tool
Exposure to CSS
Exposure to Bootstrap
