1. JD for Sr. Java developers – Web Services $50 to $55 per hr on C2C and Fulltime $100K

 

Priority: Primary

• 8-10 years of experience in Solution, Design and Development of web applications using the Java EE, Webservices, JMS, XML, Weblogic.
•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent working experience
•  5-8 years of experience in designing webservices, SOA based applications.
• Strong hands on experience with Spring, Apache CXF, JAXB and JMS
•  Experience in designing architecture, reusable components and frameworks.
•  Integration experience using Web Services and EJB preferably on Weblogic platform
•  Expert in Object Oriented Analysis and Design using Java and UML
•  Expert in JEE patterns and ability to use commonly used on in real time situations
•  Expert in tuning all tiers of applications on JEE platform.
•  Good knowledge of database concepts with working knowledge on SQL and Stored Procedures.
•  Strive to constantly improve the application development processes and tools.
• Experiences in full life cycle of application/system development
• Must have strong communication skills with ability to work with all management levels
• Ability to share technical knowledge and clearly communicate technical concepts

2. JD for Mid Java developers – Web Services $45 to $48 and Fulltime $90K

Priority: Primary

• 6--8 years of experience in Solution, Design and Development of web applications using the Java EE, Webservices, JMS, XML, Weblogic.
•  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent working experience
•  3-5 years of experience in designing webservices, SOA based applications.

•  1-3 years of experience in designing webservices, SOA based applications.

Priority : Secondary

 

• 10-13 years of experience in Solution, Design and Development of web applications using the Java EE, Webservices, JMS, XML, Weblogic.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent working experience
• Strong hands on experience with Struts or JSF(any Framework), Spring, ORM (Hibernate / JPA) and JMS
• Experience in designing architecture, reusable components and frameworks.
• Integration experience using Web Services and EJB preferably on WebLogic platform
• 3-5 years of experience in designing Webservices, SOA based applications.
• Expert in Object Oriented Analysis and Design using Java and UML
• Expert in Java and JEE patterns and ability to use commonly used on in real time situations
• Expert in tuning all tiers of applications on JEE platform.
• Good knowledge of database modelling, design and concepts with working knowledge on SQL and Stored Procedures.
• Good knowledge on WebLogic/Any app server, Load Balancer and Cluster configuration
• Good knowledge on Batch jobs and processing
• Strive to constantly improve the application development processes and tools.

 

 

 

 

5. JD for Java PM Fulltime $120K to $125K

Priority: Primary

Responsibilities Include

• Identify business unit requirements, create project and process specifications, facilitate testing, coordinate with project teams and ensure that projects are delivered on-time and within budget
• Identify process improvements and implement
• Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery
• Responsible for acting as the primary interface between a specific business/functional area and their IT partners.
• Represent the organization as the principal customer contact for projects, light enhancements, and other change initiatives
• Interact with senior customer personnel on significant technical matters frequently requiring coordination across organizational lines
• Identify and resolve operational issues with business areas.
• Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports.
• Ability to work independently and effectively with staff at all levels and from multiple divisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proven ability to learn new business concepts supporting product and/or business process development.
• Strong organization and presentation skills.

 

Required Skills and Knowledge:

• At least 9+ years of experience in all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects.
• At least 9+ years of experience in taking projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services.
• At least 6+ years of experience in defining project scope and objectives.
• At least 6+ years of experience in handling Java projects with good fundamentals in J2EE technologies.
• PMP is a plus
