Work Location: Eagan, MN
Requirement:
Analyze business and user needs, develop & document designs, and translate them into system requirement / functional specifications.
Design and configure business scenarios in the SAP HCM systems. Execute integrations testing and Conversion activities.
Plan and execute the analysis and implementation of simple to complex business problems.
Provide consultation to users in the area of systems integration with FICO / Vistex / EWM / STC / OTC / PTP.
Required experience:
At least 3 + years of PA / OM experience with multiple implementations
At least 2+ years of CATS experience with integration to STC / CO modules and CATS user exits
Time Management experience in setting up work schedules, time quotas, attendance / absence types
