Required Skills
• System Use Case creation
• Requirements UML Modeling
• 2+ years experience creating a custom software solution.
• 2+ years with MS Visio, Project, and office suite

Experience
• 3-6 years of direct Business Analyst experience
• 2 years of work experience in Healthcare sector
• Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or relevant work experience in business analysis, systems analysis and/or testing background.

Preferred Skills
• 2 + years' experience with a RDMS, either MySQL, Oracle 10 or higher, or MS Server 2011 or higher
• 2+ years' experience with ANSI SQL query language
• 1+ Years experience with Micro Strategies, Crystal Reports / Business Objects
• 1+ years experience with Pega workflow system
