Jr. Business Analyst I
 SLA/OLA: Provide assistance in the completion of 79 SLAs:

  *   Follow up with and ensure that all EIT activities have submitted all SLA/OLA components
  *   Follow up with PO Engineering on pending Server Updates
  *   Prepare draft MFD SLA (under K. Smith guidance)
  *   Schedule any remaining SLA meetings and follow up on delivery of requirements
  *   Additional duties as required Reporting:
  *   Provide assistance to in the development of SM reporting and associated processes.
  *   Internal PO performance
  *   External PO Performance
  *   Requirements gathering
  *   Develop draft reports and processes
 Top 3 Required Skills/Experience:

  *   1-2 years Contract or Service Level Agreements development
  *   1-2 years ITIL Incident Management and Reporting
  *   1-2 years ITIL Problem Management and Reporting
 Required Skills/Experience:

  *   Excellent Interpersonal skills Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint SharePoint Tableau
 Education/Certifications

  *   Bachelor degree preferred in a related field such Business Administration
