The resource needs experience in Kronos Time and Attendance with specific skills in troubleshooting and system performance issues so they can help the client through go-live issues that may arise.

Position: Functional Kronos Advance Scheduler
Location: Chicago, IL
Employment Type: Contract
Qualifications for both Workforce Scheduler:
• Experience implementing Kronos Workforce Scheduler (Advance Scheduler) Version 7 in a hospital environment
• In-depth functional knowledge of the Workforce Scheduler applications
• Experience troubleshooting functional, configuration and technical issues
• Strong familiarity with Labor levels, labor accounts, pay codes, work rules, holiday and overtime rules, wage calculations, access profiles, display profiles, accruals, accrual profiles
• Ability to communicate effectively communication with end-users and technical staff.
• For Workforce Scheduler, functional knowledge of the scheduling process in nursing and clinical departments. An understanding of related challenges and issues.
