Position : Livelink / Opentext support resource

Location :  Peapack, NJ or Collegeville, PA or NYC

Duration: Long term        

JD:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience on OpenText Livelink Content Server 10

• Should be OpenText version 10 Certified

• Should have strong experience on OScript Development

• should have Content Lifecycle Management (CLM) experience

• Should have knowledge on IQ, OQ PQ Validation in regulated environment

• Should have experience in L2/L3 Livelink Support & Maintenance projects with Ticket resolution experience

• Should have Open Text Records Management, Physical Objects modules experience

• Should have good experience in administering and configuring LiveLink

• Should have experience in Livelink Security/Users/Groups management

• Should have experience in Installation/Configuration of custom/optional modules

• Should have experience in OpenText LiveLink Content Server 10  design and development of enhancements/customizations

• Should have experience in the development tools for Livelink such as Livelink Builder/SDK, OScript, PL/SQL for Oracle or SQL Server, Livelink Weblingo files, HTML and JavaScript

• Should have experience in Livelink workflows with web forms

• Should have experience in Content Server Web Services preferably .Net

• Should have experience in OpenText Contracts Management, Directory Services (OTDS), Automatic Number Generation (ADN), Web Forms, Web Reports module, Adlib pdf generation

• Should have experience in Content Server version updates, patching, maintenance

• Experience on onsite/offshore model projects

• Good communication skills

• Good client interfacing skills/experience

• Team player.
