VB.Net Developer   LOCATION: Plainview, NY
Qualification	·         MCA /B.E./B.Tech/ in Computer Science or other groups
	·
Must Have	·         Good technical knowledge VB .Net, .Net Framework 4.5 ·        Expertise in Threading, GUI development, ADO.Net ·         In-depth knowledge in event handling, exception handling ·         Proficient in WCF - Concepts, Implementing Services, Consuming Services, Service Throttling, debugging, etc. ·         Good in OOPS ·         Good debugging skill ·         Good communication skill ·         Analytically very strong
Nice to Have	·         Knowledge on C#.Net ·         Knowledge on RDBMS (SQL Server) - SQL query skills and understanding of database schemas ·         Usage of SVN ·         Profiling using ANT's Performance & Memory Profilers ·         Exposure to Agile/SCRUM methodologies ·         Working knowledge on device control software
Soft Skills	·         Ability to work in geographically distributed teams ·         Excellent oral & written communication skills ·         Must be a self-starter and hit the ground running.
