Job Description: 

 

•4-5 Yrs IT Experience specializing in Implementation and support of the NIMSOFT Monitoring solution enabling Servers, 

 

Databases, Network, Web as well as and Service & Business Impact monitoring.

•-Integration, Troubleshooting and administration of Nimsoft on UNIX, Windows based hosts.

-Specification and implementation of integrations MoM (SOI), Ticketing tool (SNOW) and other SNMP based integrations

-Hand on experience on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, support of HUB, Agents & Probes etc.

Flexible to learn and manage other Enterprise Tools from CA stack.

 

Skills Required:

 

•Must possess Strong working knowledge on Windows and Unix Operating systems

•Knowledge of MS SQLSERVER Database will be an added advantage

•Should have strong understanding of SNMP & networking, SNMP MIBs

•Strong knowledge storage & virtualized environment monitoring

•Scripting knowledge for windows & Unix environment

•Monitoring of naming services – DNS & DHCP

•Should possess good communication and inter personal skills

•Experience in working as a part of a team involved in the implementation of Enterprise monitoring solutions.

•Should be a fast learner of various other tools and integrate where possible.

•Out of the Box Thinker with technical Savoir-faire
