·         Service Now Admin

·         4+ years Experience on leading / managing Service Now Implementations

·         Knowledge of CMDB implementation within Service Now

·         Ability to convert business requirements into technical requirements

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Should be ITIL certified and have Snow accreditation / certifications
