Position:  ITSM Management

Location:  Bellevue, WA

Duration:  6 months (Extension possible)

               

JD

·         Service Level Manager

·         Ability to manage and deliver multiple project phases at the same time, and being able to manage ongoing operational issues with longer term strategic work

·         Ability to analyze business as well as IT needs to determine and execute on the right course of action

·         Leadership of IT functions in a Fortune 500

·         BS/BA in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field preferred or equivalent experience

·         5+ years' experience in technical IT Operations including working knowledge of MOF/ITIL best practices and demonstrated experience with implementing and operating systems within these frameworks

·         5+ years' experience managing supportability and troubleshooting the availability of applications, properties, systems, networks, and servers for high availability enterprise systems
