We have a requirement with our direct client for a Lead Analyst, Raleigh, NC

Position: Lead Analyst

Duration: Approx. 6 months

Location: Raleigh, NC  

 

Required Knowledge / Skills:

·         A minimum of 2 year degree in Information Technology or a 2 year degree with experience in the required information technology area(s)

Minimum six (6) years of developing web applications and user interfaces

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work independently

Hands on experience with requirements gathering and validation, estimating tasks schedule, developing code, testing, and implementations.

Hands on experience with .NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server, ASP.NET, VB.NET and C#.NET

Hands on experience with HTML, DHTML, HTTP, XML, CSS and JavaScript

Hands on experience with web services standards SOAP, UDDI, WSDL and Web Services

Hands on experience with Microsoft IIS and Server Management

Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting or Crystal Reports

Hands on experience with Microsoft Access, Excel and Word

Proven track record of delivering IT projects within budget, scope and schedule.

Objective decision-making ability based on strategic objectives priority, business performance analysis and resource availability.

Hands on experience managing requirements gathering and validation, testing, and communications.

Strong supervision, organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.

Demonstrated presentation and training skills.

Demonstrated technical architecture/infrastructure knowledge and experience, including experience with multiple hardware platforms and operating systems.

Preferred Skills:

·         Technical architecture/infrastructure knowledge and experience

·         Demonstrated technical expertise in multi-platform environments

·         Experience with Source Control tools such as Subversion

·         Experience with State Government IT initiatives especially within the Health Care/Mental Health arena

·         Demonstrated technical expertise in multi-platform environments.
