Requirements:
Business process improvement, data analysis, and Product and Services Quoting and ordering, Contract Management knowledge. Oracle R12 knowledge . Able to compare Oracle 11 and Oracle R12 and evaluate the out of box functionality vs customer functionality
Perform root cause/system and Process Gap analysis to identify issues and and enhancement and customization opportunities. Managing multiple scopes/ projects/ initiatives from Business operations perspective. Expertise in Core Business Process and Oracle service contract and installed based functional Operations,
Knowledge of Sales Order Workbench, Oracle Install Base, Order management, Deal-Quote to cash,/Contract Management Tool
Lead cross functional teams to analyze and understand the operational impacts and opportunities for technological changes institution-wide and Drive workshop with Senior business partner.
