| Automation Engineer
Duration - 6+ months
Location – Portland OR
Rate - $50/hr
· A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
· At least 5 years of Test Automation experience
· Experience with the following: QuickTest Pro/Unified Functional Testing, WinRunner, Test Complete
· Experience with global testing organizations
· Strong experience with HTML/AJAX based applications
· Test Plan and Test Case development
· Programming experience such as VBScript, Perl, Python or similar scripting language
· Additional programming skills desired (i.e. C#, Java, JavaScript, etc)
· Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking technology
· Must be comfortable working with all Windows OS
· SQL Server 2008 with SQL and Analytics
· Agile test technique, particularly iterative or SCRUM environments
· Knowledge of SQL and databases; ability to use complex SQL structures to mine for information
· Previous experience working in SOA environment
· Preferred experience with HP Quality Center, extra consideration given to candidates with HP Quality Center Administration experience
· Experience with TIBCO preferred
· Previous experience working in the logistics and/or freight forwarding industry preferred
· Knowledge of Firefox extension Firebug use preferred
· Preferred experience with SilkTest, Selenium, Robot or other automated testing tools
· VMWare Desktop experience, ESX or VSphere experience preferred
