· Scrum Master Certified by Agile Alliance
· 3-5 years working with Agile Methodology
· Particular experience with Scrum technique.
· Other Agile techniques a plus
· Mandatory knowledge of GERKIN
· Understanding and experience of SAFE framework
· Understanding of Leffingwell's "Scaled Agile Framework" a significant plus.
· Experience with application of Agile in complex and highly integrated application environments
· Experience with Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration.
