Job Description:
Mandatory Technical /Functional Skills:
· The web services team is involved in developing and certifying Soap based and REST based services.
· The ideal candidate would be a white box tester with coding experience in Java.
· He/she should have extensive experience validating and certifying web services using the SoapUI tool.
· The candidate should not just have a basic working knowledge using Soap UI tool;
· A basic knowledge of Soap UI is insufficient for this position.
· He/she should have strong database skills.
· His/her role would involve working with a messaging queue so any experience in this domain would be beneficial.
· The knowledge of iTKO LISA is not essential but would be beneficial.
· Web services testing does not involve UI components so the candidate should be technically strong and be able to envision the test scenarios.
· He/she must be a problem solver capable of triaging issues and be able to work independently.
