· Expert in PL/SQL, Reports 10G, Forms 10G
· Debugging skills to resolve defects
· Development skills
· Customization enhancing skills
· Project Planning, estimation and tracking skills
· Understanding KPIs for support and capable to present KPIs on weekly and monthly basis
· Small team managing skills (7 Members team)
· Expert in operating Onsite and Offshore model
· Customer communication skills
· Strong knowledge in Oracle EBS Finance
· Awareness of Manufacturing, SCM Modules & OAF Development
