Role 1: Business Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Duration: 3 most+ (with possibility of extension)
Client has an urgent Business Analyst position that requires the following skills:
- 7+ years of Business Analyst experience with an enterprise IT company.
- Able to do the following tasks:
- Develop, analyze and validate Business Requirement Documents (BRD) using DMAIC and metric analysis
- Performs Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) to verify requirements
- Supports Change management team to develop impacts on User Experience
- Organized and detail oriented, Go-Live experience and worked with stakeholders in gathering requirements.
- Ability to apply independent and sound business judgment to solve complex problems.
- Works independently with only minimal supervision
- Superior written, oral, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ensures that the quality of project deliverables meets business requirements.
Role 2: Business Analyst
Location: San Jose, CA
Responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis for International Expansion Russia and Kuwait/Saudi Arabia type 4 projects.
- Drive analysis of customer segment high touch/low touch
- Conduct BAT and UAT. Create detailed Test Plan with scope, timeline assumptions, test approach, organizations impacted, go-live pass rate criteria, defect resolution approach and contingency plans.
- Provide executive level presentations, BRDs, supporting data and process information
- Help manager to socialize the new process, rules, and thresholds with stakeholders and gain their approval and commitment
- Work with IT team implement the approved changes to systems and tools and test them thoroughly before rolling them to worldwide stakeholders
