REQUIRED:

·      The selected candidate will have the option after entrenching to work remotely.

·      Primary responsibilities will include executing database maintenance procedures such as adding datafiles, compiling objects, scheduling concurrent requests, and running diagnostic scripts.

·      The candidate should be skilled and comfortable with ERP Systems experience in a Technical Support or Help Desk environment.

·      The candidate will be tasked with continuously updating technical and procedural documentation based on increasing productivity and client satisfaction for both unique and repetitive situations.

·      In addition, Senior Managers and Line Managers may assign ad-hoc requests and tasks as needed in support of related servers and applications and client needs. 

To Qualify candidates should possess the following:  

·      Familiarity with RDMBS functions or PL/SQL programming in an Oracle Database environment (test or production)

·      Familiarity with UNIX navigation and basic commands is a plus

·      Demonstrated technical and client communication skills (written and verbal); sound judgment, and ability to efficiently handle a variety of client situations.

·      1 to 3 years' experience in a Technical Support or Help Desk environment a plus 

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent
