1.        Hibernate / Struts2/Spring MVC

• Basic Requirements :

1.    Core Java (Java 5 or later)
2.    Unit Testing- JUnitCore Spring
3.    Knowledge about RDBMS and SQL
4.    Spring JDBC and JDBC
5.    Building with Maven
6.    Eclipse IDE (i.e. Eclipse, SpringSource Tool Suite, IBM Rational Application Developer (RAD), and etc.)
7.    Subversion
8.    Familiarity with Linux
9.    Experience with Peer reviews
10.  Familiarity with the Atlassian Suite of Products (JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo,

• Nice to have :

1.   Mobile Frameworks (Titanium, PhoneGap, Sencha)
2.   WebSphere Application Server (WAS)
3.   IBM WebSphere MQ
4.   IBM DB2
5.   z/Linux (Linux on IBM System/z)
6.   Familiarity with the Property and Casualty Industry is a plus
