Hot Skill (Java, .net, SAP, PeopleSoft). Typical Office: This is a typical office job, with no special physical requirements or unusual work environment. In-depth knowledge of Plant Maintenance module in SAP Hands on experience with SAP configuration Familiarity with other SAP modules including Materials Management (MM) and Production Planning (PP). Ability to travel 10% of the time Project management skills Knowledge of Lean principles Ability to work independently with minimal oversight Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to present information to a wide-variety of stakeholder groups, including production employees, plant maintenance technicians, management and super users. Willingness to learn Quality Management (QM) module in SAP Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time Excellent analytical skills Ability to translate business functionality requests into clear, precise and easy-to-read functional specifications Experience with an SAP implementation or upgrade preferred

Education:

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
