* Re-Architecting the current business logic in legacy com+ components and stored procedures into highly scalable .net components. * Contribute to development of new ideas/methods using industry-specific expertise and best practices. * Ability to provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, including mentoring and code reviews * Ability to multi-task across multiple projects efficiently and effectively Skills Required * 7+ years experience developing high performance .NET applications * Advanced understanding of Object Oriented Programming techniques, Microsoft technology stack and .Net Framework 3.5 and up * Highly fluent using Visual Studio and SQL Studio tools, C#, VB.Net, ASP.NET and ADO.Net, Entity Frameworks * Advanced understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) * Extensive experience with WCF, MVC, MVVP and Structural, Creational and Behavioral design patterns and advanced debugging techniques * Advanced experience with jquery, javascript, CSS, HTML5, AJAX, IIS, MsBuild * Solid understanding of Source code control using Team Foundation Server * Extensive implementation of test driven development techniques and tools and continuous integration * Write complex stored procedures, triggers, UDFs; SQL Server indexing, performance tuning and advanced tools * Advanced understanding of complex transaction based .Net and SQL development techniques * Excellent analytical, problem solving, and debugging skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and time management
