Candidate will need to provide current samples detailing their coding and report generation abilities using PL/SQL, .NET, GIS, Javascript and HTML.

Requirements:-

• 1. Five (5) years experience, within the last six (6) years, performing systems analysis by:
• (a) identifying and conforming user requirements
• (b) designing detailed programming specifications
• (c) testing/validating software
• (d) re-engineering business processes
• 2. Five (5) years experience, within the last six (6) years programming in .Net environment using C# or VB
• 3. Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) utilizing Geographic Information System (GIS) Mapping Technologies and developing mapping services using ESRI ArcGIS API for Silverlight and programming in JavaScript, HTML and Python.
• 4. Two (2) years experience, within the last three (3) years in computer programming using PL/SQL and Oracle
• 5. Three (3) years experience, within the last five (5) years, preparing programming and systems documents and user guides
