| Years | Skills/Experience |
| 2 | Extensive Microsoft.NET line-of-business development experience required |
| 2 | Extensive experience designing and implementing normalized relational database tables, views, stored procedures and user defined functions in a SQL Server 2008+ environment. |
| 1 | Substantial experience with WPF and/or Silverlight 4+ (XAML) and WCF development required |
| 2 | Extensive development experience using Visual Studio 2010 / .NET 4 or later required |
| 1 | Significant experience and preference for working in agile environment required. Ability to mentor existing staff on agile methodologies a plus. |
| 2 | Strong written and oral communication skills necessary for a high level of interaction with other members of the development team and product stakeholders during all stages of the development process required. |
