Experience/ Technical Skills Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and technology skills with relational databases and OO languages within full software development lifecycle: o Strong experience in relational databases, such as Sybase, Oracle, SQL server, including designing schemas, writing procedures, analyzing query plans and monitoring and tuning performance o DBA experience a plus o Strong problem solving skills/analytical skills o Experience with performance analysis and tuning o Strong development skills with one or more OO programming language, such as: Java, C# o Architecture and design experience in an enterprise application development environment  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively • Financial experience is helpful but not required
