Required Skills 
• Strong knowledge and experience with the IBM Web Experience Factory (previously: IBM WebSphere Portlet Factory 7.x)
• Integration experience with Web Services, Relational Databases and LDAP
• Strong unit testing experience, using tools like JUnit
• Expertise in creating Web 2.0 based rich Interfaces 
• Expertise using the foundation development and implementation tools, including Rational Application Developer, Java J2EE and the WebSphere Portal catalog
• Expertise in web interface design, including knowledge of web technologies like HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript, DOJO and AJAX
• JSR 286 Web Content Viewer Portlet 
• JSR 186/286 Programming 
• Bachelor Degree Required
• Consulting experience
