Job Description:
Strong Business Analyst skills – Requirements definition, design skills working with the UI team and Dev team, co-ordination with offshore team and functional validation of the feature.

Job Roles / Responsibilities:     

• Conceptualize features and functionalities after work group sessions with various stakeholders of the product
• Liaison between PM, XD (in MV) & IM, QA, and PD (in IDC) who conveys discussions, milestones, and drives the resolution of open questions and tasks across geographies
• Supports and drives high-quality E2E process by liaising between cross functional teams
• Keeps track of the progress of a feature and communicates to a broader audience the stage of a feature (PM, XD, PD, QA, Beta, Release)
• Clarifies and/or drives answers to questions between cross functional teams across geographies
• Maintains feature schedules and communicates across all teams
• Keeps tracks of tasks and holds people accountable for deliverables
• Involved with the beta and bug fix process
• Schedules key milestone meetings (e.g. kick offs, team meetings) and ad hoc meetings when gaps are identified or escalations or required                   
• Drives and maintains key documentation in a shared location (e.g. requirements, designs)
• Gap analysis of the existing functionalities and presenting new feature additions in the product
• Training to sales and support teams on the new features and product
