Job title: PM/ Analyst

Location: San Jose,CA

Duration: 6+ months

 

Job Responsibility

 

1.      Role is primarily to own and be responsible for all Project management aspects of current project.

2.      Performing Project Management and IT analysis in different tracks.

3.      Developing and executing user access testing.

4.      Support trend analysis and Status reporting to management.

5.      Metrics Data collection for review presentation and submit to management. Also, updating in wiki dashboard.

6.      Cover support process of few applications as well. Case acceptance to closure.

7.      Create Documentation for users.

 

*Work experience & skills (Mandatory)

 

Essential (including minimum exp. required for each skills)	Desirable
4-6  years of industry experience of end user support and case handing (primarily direct user interaction) 1.      Job History of PM work 2.      Job history of IT or Biz Analysis work. 3.      Excellent Communication Skills. 4.      Support case management (support ticket/case acceptance to closure) Manage discussion forum based support 5.      FAQ and Documentation of workflow/process. 6.      Good Analytical skills to resolve reported issues 7.      Good Analytical skills to resolve reported issues 8.      Client and end user management  9.      Ability to solve user problems 10.  Ability to work on multiple tasks at a time. 11.  Should be a quick learner and self-starter.	1.      Prior Cisco Experience 2.      PM Certification (Good to have) 3.      Business Objects Knowledge (Good to have) 4.      Familiarity with MacOS and how application works on Mac machines (non-mandatory- nice to have)
Good verbal and written communication skills
