Immediate Requirement Technical Recruiter position at Bridgewater, NJ

Currently looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Bridgewater, NJ office

Responsibilities will include: 

- Sourcing candidates for a high volume of requirements

- Screen candidates based on technical ability

- Coordinate and schedule interviews

- Handle On-boarding of employees

- Negotiate with various contractors and sub-contractors

- Manage 3rd party relationships

 

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the IT contract staffing/consulting, recruiting

- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Good understanding of technical and business skills

- Previous experience hosting career fair/hiring events

- Competitive, energetic and motivated recruiting professional

- Excellent interpersonal skills including strong self-motivation, focus and passion for recruiting

- Ability to multi-task

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
