MUST be GC or US Citizen and interested in a contract to hire position. Local is best but client is open to non-local if they are really good so I am open to screening anyone.
DESCRIPTION: One of our favorite Minneapolis based clients is looking for a contract Lead SalesForce.com Architect/Developer. This consultant will work with business and technology partners to rapidly develop Customer Relationship Management (Salesforce.com) solutions that meet the needs of our very dynamic client. If you enjoy being innovative and thinking outside of the box, this role is for you! This person will be the lead on the Force.com implementation and leaned on by the business as the SME (Subject Matter Expert). You will get to do everything from gathering requirements to deployment.
QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal person will have a minimum of 3 years of experience with SalesForce.com implementations as a Developer/Architect. They will also have a strong understanding and knowledge of the cloud based solution offered by SalesForce.com (Force.com). Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and experience leading projects are a must.
