REQUIRED SKILLS 
MAINFRAME, MVS COBOL, JCL, SQL, SERENA CHANGEMAN OR OTHER CHANGE CONTROL TOOLS,

EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES AND PROCEDURES, AND SOFTWARE TESTING PROCEDURES.

SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED:

EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS (WRITTEN AND ORAL), ADAPTABILITY, FLEXIBILITY, SELF-MOTIVATION, PROBLEM SOLVING, ANALYTICAL THINKING, TIME MANAGEMENT, ABILITY TO WORK EFFECTIVELY IN A STRESSFUL ENVIRONMENT

PREFERRED SKILLS
CA-ADS,

SQL,

Previous experience with participating in software upgrade to change management tools.

Previous experience as a Configuration Management Software Administrator, i.e. Changeman, Endeavor.
