Job Requirements / Technical Skills Required

·         Candidate must have 5+ years of experience in Any Identity & Access Management Product implementation & support

 

·         At least 2+ years of supporting Tivoli Identity Manager and its components

·         Experience in TIM upgrades and Troubleshooting

·         Sound knowledge on TIM infrastructure including Websphere Application Server

·         Implemented & supported automated provisioning & de-provisioning of user accounts on multiple target systems connected to Identity Manager

·         Implemented & supported trusted & target system reconciliation within Identity Manager

·         Modification to end-user/administrative web interface (Existing code base modification only)

·         Performance tuning (WebSphere, LDAP indexes, cache parameters, threshold limits, etc.)

·         Configuring Availability and Performance monitoring for Tivoli Identity Manager and its components

·         Problem Management, Incident handling and liaison with product vendor; escalation to product vendor and coordination as needed

·         Troubleshooting of any incident tickets escalated from L2 Support team

·         Configuration and release management of bug fixes and enhancements

·         Knowledge on directory replication, directory partitions, schema modification and performance tuning
