Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 6 months
Rate: $48.00/hr MAX.

Overview:
We're seeking a highly-motivated Automation Testing professional who has a demonstrable track record of being an effective and creative team member in a fast-paced, dynamic environment creating complex software applications, while being a strong contributor to the diverse range of projects.
Knowledge/Skills:

• Client Facing
Automation Tester
5+ years of experience working for large corporation in a software testing and/or quality assurance role (preferably at the enterprise level)
3+ years of Quick Test Pro (QTP) experience – record & playback function, creation and management of object repositories and descriptive programming
• 5+ years of Quick Test Pro (QTP) experience – record & playback function, creation and management of object repositories and descriptive programming
2+ years of hands on experience in full lifecycle implementation, customization and execution activities
Extensive knowledge of ALM/Quality Center and Business Process Testing
Experience designing and developing custom test automation frameworks
Advanced knowledge of Quality Center API and QTP Automation Object Model
Strong development skills in VBScript
Experience in designing and developing applications using C++/C#/Java (optional)
Strong Working knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, XML, Unix
Experience with both front end and backend testing
Experience working with Client/Server, Web, SOA/Web Services technologies.
Proficiency in standard suite of office productivity tools like Microsoft Office products, web browsers and file systems
HP Quality Center/ALM, Delivery Excellence, Quality Management, QTP/UFT (Automation)
Airline Domain Knowledge - Flight Ops, PSS/RES (preferably SHARES);
Automation Testing, scripting
Optional skills in Flight Operations – Sabre Flight Plan Manager, crew scheduling, Load & Balance application knowledge or Passenger Revenue Accounting – Interline ticketing, APEX/SPA proration, PASCO, Pricing, Audit, Refunds/exchange etc.
