Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of projects to enhance system capability.
This role will require an individual who can think big picture but also work hands-on as a developer to bring these solutions to life.
Work closely with end users to analyze needs and develop solutions for those needs.
This role requires someone who has a passion for recognizing and understanding customer needs, and can use their design and development skills to create viable solutions.
Contribute to the AAH technology roadmap by generating ideas for new projects, prototyping new solutions and participating in the estimation process for these efforts.
Improve the health of system assets by identifying enhancements to improve performance, reliability, and resource consumption.
Top skills/technologies:
5+years of hands on development experience in C# or VB.Net (preferably C#)
5+ years of practical experience and proven success with the design and construction of complex software applications
5+ years of experience in object oriented analysis and design
