Description:
Client's User Experience (UX) team conducts user research and provides user-centered design for applications and websites, both internal and external. Client is seeking a candidate that is able to communicate and sell ideas around design and usability, and also work well in multi-disciplinary groups including technical, business, and marketing and communications teams.
This role will play a significant part in growing the User Experience competency at client and ensure that usability is incorporated into the development of a wide range of systems and mobile devices.
Major Accountabilities
Independently lead collaboration with business leads to architect effective design solutions that meet business and user needs
Select and conduct appropriate user-centered design techniques throughout an iterative design process
Approach design with a 'mobile first' mindset
Analyze and present results to a wide range of audiences
Make design recommendations based on expertise .
