Skills Required and Job Description:

MOi-Phone+Face2Face  Current MCSE in Server Infrastructure - Server 2008 or later Required               Administrative experience with Windows Server versions 2003 – 2012 Required 5 Years   Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Technology Required 5 Years   Experience with Microsoft Clustering Technologies Required 5 Years   Experience with VMWare ESX or related technology Required 5 Years   Ability to manage Virtual Machine using VMWare ESX Required       Understanding of technical issues to design architecture for stable technologies Required       Knowledge of computer equipment capacity and limitations to devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems Required       Proven experience with analysis and design Required       Excellent communication skill (written, verbal, presentations) Required       Excellent organization, analytical, planning and scheduling skills Required       Self-starter who can work with a large and diverse team of business, management and IT individuals Required       Demonstrated experience working with large project teams Required       Microsoft Suite experience (e.g, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Visio) Required
