- Jira Agile: Nice to Have

- SoapUI: MUST

- Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint and Visio (Office Suite) - MUST

- Confluence Wiki: Nice to Have

- Selenium: Nice to have (Note the primary function of this role is not automation)

- Billing system (Icoms, CSG): Nice to Have

- Command Prompt/Terminal: MUST

- TOAD: Nice to Have

- Virtual Machine installation and use: MUST

- SQL : Nice to Have

- SOA/RESTful API experience: MUST

- Jenkins: Nice to have

- Teleconferencing experience: MUST
