Senior Automation Test Lead
We are hiring for an Automation Test Lead position to support an automation initiative in the Hospitality Domain. This position is to help expand an Enterprise Automation initiative which includes design, development and maintenance of automation frameworks, the implementation of industry best practices for automated regression testing, and help establish automated scripting and test coverage standards within a continuous integration environment. This position will help develop an automation strategy, collaborate with department leadership in mapping automation expectations with automation test planning and scheduling. Automation includes the use of UFT with VB scripting and Selenium WebDriver using Java for scripting. Automation scripts will be developed for both web application functionality and backend services. Close collaboration with developers, DBAs and Network admins is also required to help establish proper automation coverage and set task priorities. The company is a large globally distributed organization and the ability to maintain successful correspondence to gather requirements in developing test cases and real world test scenarios for automation scripting is required.

The following requirements are what we are looking for:
10+ years of Software Testing experience
5-7 years of Automation Test experience
1-3 years in an Automation Test Lead position
Experience building Automated Test Strategies, Test Plans, Test Scenarios and Test Scripts
Experience with Selenium WebDriver
Experience in Web Application testing at for features, APIs and backend services
Experience designing, creating and maintaining various types of Automation Frameworks
Experience with Java in the creation of automated test scripts
Experience with HP/UFT and VB Script
Experience in gathering requirements to develop test cases and test scenarios
Experience with SQL Queries
Excellent written and Oral communication skills
Strong Troubleshooting and Problem Solving skills
Good collaborative skills and experience in working with large distributed development teams across multiple disciplines
Sound understanding of automation within the SDLC including various flavors of Agile and Waterfall Methologies
Experience with Oracle Databases (RDBMS)
Familiarity with Continuous Integration
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with Hospitality
