We are looking for MS Dynamics CRM(Functional) Consultant to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.

This is 6 months Contract based in Wichita, KS

 

Role: MS Dynamics CRM(Functional) Consultant

Duration: 6 months Contract

Location: Wichita, KS

Experience:- 10 yrs

10+ years, with at least 5 years on MSCRM. Should have been involved in 2-3 full-cycle implementations or/and 3-4 MSCRM complex support engagements

 

Job description

·         Leads customer discussions with customer SME and stakeholders in order to provide functional (application, domain, industry) differentiation to the relationship.

·         Able to steer discussions towards constructive and least cost solutions on MSCRM

·         Able to provide thought leadership with his/her knowledge of MSCRM application

·         Understands not just his/her domain area, but carries good understanding of all cross-linked domains to be able to independently understand interlinkages, interdependencies and devise solutions that that are cost and effort optimal

·         Excellent documentation skills, very good interpersonal skills

·         Have managed configuration of MSCRM modules, be able to liaison with customer teams to glean relevant information through discussions and dialogue

·         Ability to work with a culturally diverse group, able to adopt different styles needed

·         Able to plan work for self and team, and effectively representing them through planning tools

·         Is able to leverage his industry experience and his MSCRM skills to engage with customer's business leads, able to work with them and lead and guide the project into effective solutions.

·         Validate/review complex deployment solutions and framework and creates the blue print for large deployment solutions in order to meet functional (Application, domain, industry) challenges in deployment.

·         Leads customer discussions with customer SME and stakeholders in order to provide technical differentiation to the relationship.

·         Understanding of production support process, support metrics and reporting, SLA driven ticket resolution mechanism

Technical skills required

·         Excellent background on MSCRM 4.0 to 2015, with multiple projects, especially in a complex multiple system landscape

·         Deep experience in implementing multiple modules of MSCRM

·         Understands and is able to articulate best practices related to application enhancements/customizations, integration with other applications are must.

·         Is able to bring best of breed design into system landscape decisions

·         Experience : 10 years plus with 5 years plus on MSCRM application for Lead Consultant

·         Integrations with Outlook, SAP, Yammer and other third party components. Experience on MSCRM with different devices like IPad, mobile and different browsers is value added.

Behavioral skills required

·         Strong communication and inter-personal skills

·         Ability to manage dynamics wrt working with multiple teams on the same project simultaneously

·         Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment

·         Must have worked in a collaborative onsite-offshore model (as opposed to "throw-over-the-fence" approach)
