Job Description:

Ø  Hands on experiencein end to end recruitment process across various IT Technologies.

Ø  Expert levelexperience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EADs, H1B & TN Visa Holderson all the tax term (W2, 1099 & Crop to Crop)

Ø  Experience innegotiating compensation to close a candidate

Ø  Experience usingrecruiting portals like dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.

Ø  Experience on hiringhourly, salaried and subcontracting candidates

Ø  Experience workingwith Applicant tracking tools.

Ø  Willing to work asper US central timings/Night Shifts.
