Location: Manhattan, NYC

SCOPE OF SERVICES:
The consultant is to perform complex to highly complex tasks in the following areas:
• Work with Business Analysts to understand requirements and translate to design.
• Source code development.
• Unit test case development.
• Functional/system integration testing support.
• Architecture and design guide reviews.
• Contribute to technical alternatives.
• Impact analysis.
• Component design.
• System/application architecture.
• Develops guidelines and standards.
• Support production as needed and meet development schedules.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
A Bachelor Degree from an accredited college preferable in a computer related
matriculation. Experience with JAVA development work in an Oracle Application Server environment utilizing JDeveloper and Oracle 10g/11g RDBMS. This requires the development of JAVA web based components, Oracle database, and Oracle reports. Strong Oracle DB programming experience. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated experience doing Oracle development and ETL work, including extensive and complex PL/SQL and performance tuning (query, procedure, Oracle objects, and ETL tuning).
