Job description:-
Application infrastructure of the Oracle HFM/DRM/Planning/Essbase Other Hyperion Enterprise
Responsible for the application infrastructure of the Oracle HFM/DRM/Planning/Essbase Other Hyperion Enterprise environments.
Install and Support HFM/DRM/Planning/Essbase Other Hyperion Enterprise with application development or enhancements.
Evaluate technical developments as new Oracle HFM/Hyperion versions are released.
Perform Production Change Control activities – Test to Prod etc.
Create and manage Service Requests with Oracle for technical errors.
Resolve problems and recommend preventative measures
Participate in the shaping and maintenance of service level agreement targets and objectives and thus reporting mechanisms for Back Office and HFM/Hyperion Infrastructure.
Actively monitor and continuously improve HFM/Hyperion Infrastructure.
Manage other allied Server databases.
