Informatica Admin with B2B experience
Grand Rapid, MI
6+Months
Strong experience in Informatica 9.x Administration and Support for Power Center & B2B Data Exchange Environment.
* Proven ability in managing Oracle databases of 500+ GB in sizes.
* Significant experience with Unix Platform and Shell programming.
* Must have the ability to code complex PL/SQL packages, functions, and procedures.
* Maintaining and creating the folder structures in Power Center.
* Managing and Configure LDAP/AD users and groups and associated security levels.
* Strong Experience in implementing Repository back-up, upgrades to environment including Fix Packs and restore procedures for the repositories.
* Hands-on experience with upgrades, migrating Informatica applications and customization.
* Infrastructure architecture experience, such as designing, hardware sizing, effort estimation and security.
* Perform (and automate) object deployments on versioned repositories from DEV to QA to Stage/UAT and Prod.
* Strong experience working with Informatica as administrator on Linux.
* Act as Informatica environment gatekeeper looking out for best interest of overall Informatica Environment in terms of stability and functionality across all projects.
* Provide support as necessary in managed code deployments facilitated by the release coordinators
* Work with cross functional teams such as DBA's , Unix administrators, Operations, Production Control and Informatica Global Support.
* Solid communication skills (oral, written, and presentation) and strong interpersonal skills required.
* Ability to accurately set and adhere to deadlines.
* Must have a very high ability to learn new things, especially about new technology developments.
* Ability to prioritize projects and workload.
* Must be flexible, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
