Strong Business system analyst with at least 9- 12 years of experience, specializing in utilities domain 

Very good knowledge of utilities billing process, should be able to work as an SME for billing- MUST

Should have worked on at least 1 to 2 large IT projects related to utilities billing- MUST

Previous experience in redesigning utilities bill will be a plus
