1. Work with most Hadoop distributions such as Cloudera, Hortonworks, Pivotal and MapR
2. Identify and propose right technology stack for addressing common business problems
3. Build, test and deploy Hadoop solutions using most Hadoop ecosystem components
4. Administer a Hadoop cluster, monitor performance
5. Create Statement of Work and Proposal documents for new customer engagements
6. Peer review code and documentation prepared by team, correct and freeze documentation
7. Mentor team technically
8. Design robust Hadoop solutions for complex business problems
9. Utilize new and latest Open Source tools for addressing business challenges
10. Work with multiple customer teams and support teams to execute Hadoop engagements
11. Implement data governance policies in Hadoop
