Position:     HP VAX VMS System Admin

Location:    Stamford, CT

Duration:   12+Months

Required:-

9+ Years of experience is required.

Follow up on open HP support tickets

Requests- Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs) based on SNOW tickets opened with the monitoring team

Installation/Removal/Upgrade of HP OM Agents

Troubleshooting of HP OM Agent issues

Follow-ups with internal customers, regarding telephone/email/IM conversations

HP OpenView Performance Manager report generation and dissemination

Modification of TelAlert configuration • Troubleshooting TelAlert issues

Maintenance and updates to the scheduled maintenance "silence" tool

Blue Elephant MIDAS report generation and dissemination

Review of incoming Monitoring Team TelAlert email alerts, regarding HP OM and OM Agent issues, and subsequent troubleshooting efforts
