1) Must be able to create detailed design from requirement to coding phaseusing UML tools.and ensure good amount of Tool generated code. 2) Technicallyguide the implementation team throughout the SDLC. 3)Understand Design Patternsand able to do refactoring

Skill2 - OOAD and Design Patterns (L4)

OOAD+Design Pattern 1. Has used at least 2 patterns from each of theCreational, Structural and Behavioural category in real life projectsuccessfully. 2. Able to apply design patterns (and combinations of these)straight away to problem solutions of fair complexity, and able to explain thereason of chosing one pattern over the other 3. Has mentored at least about 20unique architects/engineers on OOAD and Design patterns basics 4. Able toanalyze UML diagrams/information and readily and intuitively mine out embeddeddesign patterns, ability to comment on non trivial architectures and design ina relevant domain 5. Familiarity with design pattern tools wherever applicable6. Has mentored at least about 20 unique architects/engineers on Designpatterns basics 7. Able to analyze UML diagrams/information and readily andintuitively mine out embedded design patterns 8. Familiarity with designpattern tools wherever applicable 9. Is aware of how to write patterns andsubmit patterns to international bodies

Skill3 - Enterprise Content Management (L3)

Clear knowledge of ECM concepts and how it relates to processes ofCapture,Manage,Store,Preserve and Delivery Must have sound understaning ofJ2EE,design patterns,optimisation Evaluate and suggest options betweendifferent ECM products Must be certified in one of the ECM products Should havegood understanding of Hardware capacity planning Should be able to guide teamin developing optimal solutions Well versed in integration with enterprisesystems and legacy applications Understand the SOA,ESB,Web Service principlesRecommend different products in the ECM space based on the problem statementand requirements
