We are looking for Performance Test Lead to support world's leader in providing IT consulting and software services to the finest global organizations client.
This is a 6 Months Contract based in Philadelphia, PA
Role: Performance Test Lead
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Experience: 8+yrs
Job Description:
· The identified candidate will be responsible for
· Collect and analyze the performance test requirements by working collaboratively with the stakeholders
· Estimation for performance testing (both effort & schedule) along with dependencies.
· Creating performance test strategy / plan
· Conducting POC on various performance testing and monitoring tools and provide recommendation on effort & cost efficient options
· Create and execute performance test scripts.
· Collect client and server side performance metrics after the execution and report it to the stakeholders
Experience & Exposure Expected
· 8+ years of performance testing experience, with exposure to performance testing tools such as Load runner, JMeter and performance monitoring/analysis tools such as dynatrace, splunk, sitescope.
· 2+ years of experience working in Agile environment
· Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
Role Specific Specialized Skills
Should have extensive experience in creating performance test strategy, creating performance test scripts, exposure to load runner and JMeter. Should have worked in an Agile environment
